Concept Design
This stage includes understanding and forming the project brief, involving face to face meetings, discussions, and site inspections. We then relay this into sketches, converting the ideas onto paper. This evolves from sketches to concept floor plans and elevations to CAD documented drawings. 3D visualisation can also form part of this process
Project Management
Throughout the whole design, documentation and construction stage, we collaborate with builders and consultants to ensure a smooth process for our clients. This working relationship provides confidence and budgetary controls for the project.
Tendering Stage
We project manage the tender process, providing a comprehensive package of documentation for prospective contractors.
Joinery Drawings and Scheduling
We are passionate about interior architecture, and thrive on the potential of designing integrated interiors. This means custom joinery and fitouts.
Construction Documentation Plans

Council Approvals / PCA and DA submissions
Our attention to detail and planning experience ensures that your project is not held up in council for non-compliance. We push the design envelope where we know its possible to, whilst maintaining a high level of quality documentation for your project approval.
